Used Toyota Highlander formally owned by car rental place?

Q) I saw a 2007 Highlander Sport used for $21,500. Seems like a good deal with only 27,000 miles on it. The ad had photos of the car's interior and exterior. Looks like new. The ad also incuded a link to the carfax report and the car has never been in any accidents or any other issues. However, the car was owned for 1 year and 1 month by a car rental place in New York . It was auctioned and sold to a Toyota Certified New and Used Car dealership here in Georgia. My coworker says I might want to do more research since that is too good of a deal and it was own at a Car rental place in New York for only one year. What do you think?

A) Car rentals keep there vehicles in good shape and turn them over because the resale value goes down very quick after a year so they make the most back selling the vehicle within a year of having the vehicle. I don't know about the price for this vehicle but if compare to other 07's it is a good price then go for it.
